We are not an authorised service centre of any brand including but not limited to Kent, Aquaguard, Eureka Forbes, Pureit, Livpure, Blue Star, Havells, AO Smith, LG, Samsung, or any other brand. All brand names referenced on this website are trademarks of their respective owners and are used for identification purposes only.

3. Services Provided

We provide the following services on a doorstep basis across Patna and surrounding areas:

  • RO system repair and maintenance
  • RO system installation and replacement
  • Water purifier cleaning and servicing
  • Filter and membrane replacement
  • Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC)
  • Minor component repairs and replacements

Service availability is subject to technician availability and location accessibility. We reserve the right to decline service requests at our discretion.

4. Pricing and Payment

  • Service charges vary based on the nature of the issue, spare parts required, and your location within Patna.
  • A detailed quote will be provided by our technician before any work begins. You have the right to decline the service after receiving the quote.
  • Prices stated on our website (if any) are indicative and may vary based on on-site assessment.
  • Payment is typically collected after service completion unless otherwise agreed.
  • We reserve the right to modify our pricing at any time without prior notice.

5. Spare Parts

We use high-quality spare parts sourced from authorised distributors. While we strive to use genuine components, please note that as an independent service provider, some parts may be compatible third-party components where original manufacturer parts are unavailable or prohibitively expensive. We will always inform you of the part being used before installation.

6. Service Guarantee

  • We aim to provide a response visit within 4 hours of confirmed booking during working hours (8AM–8PM, Mon–Sun). This is a target, not a guarantee, as unforeseen circumstances may affect scheduling.
  • We provide a limited warranty on labour performed (typically 7–30 days depending on the service type). Spare parts may carry the manufacturer's warranty.
  • The warranty does not cover issues arising from misuse, power fluctuations, water supply problems, or damage caused after our service.

7. Customer Responsibilities

By booking our services, you agree to:

  • Ensure our technicians have safe and reasonable access to the equipment to be serviced.
  • Provide accurate information about the issue and location.
  • Be present (or have an authorised adult representative) during the service visit.
  • Review and approve the service quote before work commences.
  • Make timely payment as agreed upon.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

  • AquaTrust Services shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our services.
  • Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to our services shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service that gave rise to the claim.
  • We are not responsible for pre-existing conditions, age-related wear and tear, or issues unrelated to the service performed.
  • We are not responsible for water quality issues arising from the municipal water supply, plumbing, or external contamination.

9. Cancellations and Rescheduling

  • You may cancel or reschedule a service appointment by calling us at least 2 hours before the scheduled visit.
  • If a technician visits and is unable to access the premises or the appointment is cancelled without sufficient notice, a visit charge may apply.
  • We reserve the right to reschedule appointments due to technician unavailability or unforeseen circumstances. We will notify you promptly in such cases.

10. Intellectual Property
